Reason for listing: In 2017, CSSC Haizhuang Windpower accomplished the R&D of onshore megawatt model with completely independent IP rights, Lingshan Guangxi Province is the first small batch application of Haizhuang’s 3.X platform, not only reducing the initial investment of customers, but also bringing more power generation to customers. According to the different turbulence conditions of each machine location, various adaptive models are customized; for the small installation platform of the mountain wind farm, Haizhuang's process engineers also optimized each machine location. Provided customers with the overall solution at anytime, anywhere.

In addition, the Lingshan project is also the first time that the Haizhuang 3.X platform applied more advanced technologies like lidar feedforward, electro-magnetic damping yaw, intelligent O&M to the wind farm.


1. Basic Information

Terrain: Mountain region

Altitude: 500-700 meters

Project Site: Jiuzhou Town, LingshanCounty, Guangxi Autonomous Province

Capacity:100MW, with 26 units of H210-2MW turbine, 11 units of H140-3MW turbine and 5units of H136-3MW turbine.

Configuration of 3MW Turbine

Turbine 1: H140-3MW

Unit Configuration: KK main control system + Hewang frequency converter + Huazhao pitch + Sinoma blade

Turbine 2: H136-3MW

Unit Configuration: KK main control system + Hewang frequency converter + Fute pitch + Chongtong blade


2. Operation Performance of Project

The installation and construction of the 3.X models started in November 2017, and started partial capacity operation in year 2018. The installation, commissioning and grid connection of the 2MW and 3MW units completed by the end of September 2019. Adhering to the principle of service first, all the staff on the project have been fighting in the frontline despite difficulties, showing good professionalism and high technical standards, successfully completing various tasks, and leaving a very good impression on the owner.

4. Mountainous Wind Farm with Excellent Power Generation

The full capacity connected to the grid in 2020, and the annual average equivalent hours of 16 units 3.X model up to 4645, the maximum of single machine up to 5498 hours.


5. Milestones

Independently researched and developed in year 2017, the onshore large megawatt model with complete independent intellectual property rights is the 3MW product with the largest onshore wind rotor diameter that year, and it is also the crystallization of China Haizhuang Windpower's years of technological accumulation and breakthroughs, also created a number of domestic Record.
